  1. Company Information

Ionopure South Africa (Pty) Ltd, trading as Clean Cart (hereinafter referred to as “Clean Cart”), is a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2017/020063/07.

Clean Cart operates in the cleaning industry and supplies cleaning and sanitising products for home and office use.

  1. Export Restriction

The offering on this website, including delivery of goods, is available to customers within the Republic of South Africa only.

  1. Customer Privacy Policy

Clean Cart shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users in accordance with applicable South African legislation.

For the purposes of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

  1. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via secure online payment gateways. Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Any other payment methods made available at checkout

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Clean Cart does not store customers’ card details.

  1. Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Clean Cart via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks.

PayGate uses industry-standard encryption technology, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. No card details are stored on the Clean Cart website.

Users may visit www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  1. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details are stored by Clean Cart separately from card details, which are entered by the client directly on PayGate’s secure site.

  1. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  1. Responsibility

Clean Cart takes responsibility for all aspects relating to transactions conducted on this website, including:

  • The sale of goods
  • Customer service and support
  • Dispute resolution
  • Delivery of goods

 

  1. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Ionopure South Africa (Pty) Ltd, trading as Clean Cart, chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documentation or communication of whatsoever nature, as:

  1. Variation

Clean Cart may, in its sole discretion, amend or update this agreement or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
